UCSD Walk With a Doc

Learn more about how to take control of your health from physicians in your community. Connect and exercise with others committed to healthy lifestyle changes. Join Grossmont Healthcare District’s Walk with a Doc walking group starting at the library with a brief discussion about a relevant health topic from a UCSD physician followed by a walk through the park and around the Grossmont Healthcare District campus. The route is 1.5 miles but you are welcome to go at your own pace or not complete the whole route. Learn more about this national organization Walk with a Doc at walkwithadoc.org.
When: Every 4th Thursday | 9-10 AM
