Sharp Grossmont Hospital Community Resource Center: Fall Prevention & Balance Screening

Join Sharp’s physical therapy rehabilitation team to help learn about the risk factors and health concerns that affect your balance. This two-part class will include a lecture and a free screening with a member of Sharp’s rehabilitation team.
