Most would agree that grief is an intrusive, disheartening part of life that we have learned to silence and push away — especially during the holidays. Yet grief, when honored, can also become a “wise teacher” that helps to strengthen who we are. This free talk will provide you with different ways to interpret, navigate and cope with holiday grief.
