Wellness Wednesday: The Role of Music for Wellness, Vitality & Quality of Life
During this presentation, you will learn and experience how music plays an important role in living better. Annela Flores, MT-BC will explore why music makes us feel better, and how we can use it as a tool for our everyday wellness. Join us for an engaging and immersive experience!
Annela Flores is a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Senior Program Director for MusicWorx Inc. She specializes in adult populations, including inpatient medical settings, hospice/palliative care, Parkinson’s Disease, mental health, and older adult care. Annela is passionate about supporting individuals through aging, trauma, and disease with a holistic mind-body approach. She strives to use her Top 5 Strengths of “Maximizing,” “Ideation,” “Positivity,” “Empathy,” and “Woo” to enhance individual potential and bring peace through music.
